We invite researchers to submit their abstracts for oral and poster presentations.

Abstract Requirements

  • Language

    All abstracts must be written in English. Clear and concise grammar is required.

  • Format & Length

    Submit in .DOCX format. Maximum length is 1 page A4, including figures and references.

  • Structure

    Must include: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Main Text, and Keywords (3-5).

  • Originality

    Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously.

Oral Report

15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A.
Slides ratio: 16:9.

Poster Session

Format: A0 Vertical (841 × 1189 mm).
Stands and pins provided.
